Pastor Jim and Elder Gloria Kuipers have been serving the Lord since 1991. They are the proud parents of 4 children, James 25; Jeremy 24; Candace 10; and Jacob 8.

Shortly after coming to the Lord they both found themselves diving right into the work of the ministry. It was not long after, they received their first Word from the Lord that they would be in 5 fold ministry ahead.

In the years ahead they both served in the local church in the helps ministry capacity working with youth, children’s church, prison ministry, music ministry, missionary trips, and pastoral duties.

While serving, they both attended several years of in house bible schools, as well as attending several training seminars Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK.

In August 1996 while attending their local church, a guest speaker had called them out to speak a Word of the Lord in which He was going to use them in the Pastoral Ministry and start getting ready.

In July 2005 the Lord spoke to them directly and said to attend Faith Fellowship and wait for further instructions. While doing so, they had questioned the Lord as to how long this season would be, and the Lord spoke clearly and said “you will know when its time”. One year later while attending a service at Hope Cathedral in Jackson, NJ, the Lord spoke another Prophetic Word through the Pastor and it was clear, “IT’S TIME”. There was a call on their lives and it is now time.

As this word was being brought forth, they knew that this was the season and this was the man and women of God who would do just what the Lord said in 1996.

Through the rest of that year, and 2006, they have been working closely with Pastor Trevón Gross and Elder Qwynn Gross at Hope Cathedral being mentored for the call of Pastoring God’s people. They will be receiving the License and Ordination through Hope Cathedral.
